Thought we’d share some shots from our side-hust Thought we’d share some shots from our side-hustle Stiniel Down Coppice. When we’re not flat out on the veg we try to spend as much time as possible in our seven-acres of Dartmoor paradise managing our overstood hazel coppice woodland. Felling & extracting December-February & making charcoal July-September. As well as supplying our local communities with truly sustainable high-grade barbecue charcoal we’re experimenting with using biochar from the kiln to compliment the soils on the market garden.
